QNAP RAM Benchmark

Peak read: the run's best read bandwidth, usually from a 1-second phase of the core-scaling sweep. JEDEC: the run's best stream, read or write, against the theoretical peak (channels × bus width × configured speed); blank where SMBIOS cannot give that peak. 60 s: mean read / write over the sustained phase, from MemHound 0.6.6 on. Compare within one memory type and channel count.

* From MemHound 0.6.3 or older (StorageDiag 1.6.10032 and older). Those builds counted one memory channel on AMD boards with two or eight, and read the Jasper Lake LPDDR4x bus as 64 bits, so this board showed 127 % to over 300 % JEDEC for three units. The stored rows lack the module locators and widths a recount needs, so the board leaves out their JEDEC figure and channel count. A new published run of Benchmark and Quality with StorageDiag 1.6.10033 or later replaces the row. Peak read is measured directly and stands.

1 faulty module reported, 0 confirmed by 3 or more units.
